$75 deposit holds your place. Balance is due April 30, 2012. Refund policy: Cancellation before March 1, 2012, full refund less $75 deposit. After March 1, 2012, no refunds for any reason. Registration is nonrefundable, but is transferable to another person for the same gathering with written notification by April 20, 2012. In order to transfer, you must send by POSTAL MAIL ONLY the new person's registration form and a written acknowledgement from you authorizing the new person to attend in your place. You must be at least 21 years old to attend this event.
